Rev. Angela Butts Chester, DD, is a pioneer in the field of family destiny fulfillment. As a Pastoral Counselor, she blends a motivational spirit with a love for helping others, into a system that shows individuals and families, how to keep the happiness, love, prosperity and abundance within the household.

Following in her family’s footsteps, she became an ordained nondenominational minister in 2005. Starting a family ministry was a must for Rev. Chester, thus Blessings All Around was born. Founder and President of the National Association of Black Wedding Officiants (NABWO), Rev. Chester, works with other ministers who know the importance of family in today's society.
